The App listens to a conversation you initiate, transcribes it on your device, and uses AI to provide plain-language explanations, suggested questions, and summaries. It is an informational aid only.
Waymark does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Always rely on your licensed provider, attorney, advisor, or other professional for decisions. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate; verify anything important.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.
AI-generated content is provided "as is." You are responsible for how you use it. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYMARK INTELLIGENCE, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE APP.
We may modify or discontinue the App, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
